What's your theme song?

About Theme Songs

  • The first time “theme song” appeared in the English language was 1908. It is defined as a song or melody strongly associated with something or someone, or a company.

Does everyone on your team understand the culture of the company, the values of the team, and what makes your team fun? Well they will by the time you finish this 60min experience where you will craft your theme song together!

A theme song creates a strong sense of belonging which has shown to improve retention significantly. And this is not a theme song your team will inherit, this experience of creating a theme song together from scratch will instill a sense of indescribable togetherness!

  • Outcomes of Create Your Theme Song includes sensory awakening, enhanced listening, and enhanced collaboration.

And you will walk away with a proud theme song that you can blast in the office, a stronger understanding and connection with your colleagues, a shared memory that will last, and a mp3 recording that you can keep forever.

About This Event

  • Led by an award-winning song writer, Create Your Theme Song allows teams of any size to collaborate on writing a theme song that reflects their team culture, value, ethos, and even inside jokes. Everyone will contribute and the song is sure to encapsulate the personality of the team.

At the end of the 60min experience, our cultivator will perform the entire 2-3min theme song to everyone’s amazement. Full of laughter, this highly interactive experience will be your most memorable event yet!

The organizer will receive a video recording and/or a mp3 of the final theme song.

  • The song will be worked on and written in a shared google doc. We begin with a list of questions about the team and everyone has the chance to brainstorm answers that end up forming the lyrics.

Rhyming is not necessary but the team will love writing some rhyming verses and choruses together!

Our cultivator will write the music as you go along and by the time you finish answering all the questions, the song is pretty much ready! This experience will end with a full performance of your brand new theme song and it will be one of the proudest moments of your team!
